Midsouth Design Company specializes in blueprint design and drafting. There are several existing floorplans to choose as-is, modify or you can start from scratch with a full custom design. 

Our Process

Design Consultation
Whether you prefer to meet in person or virtually, we like to start with an initial meeting to discuss what you are looking for in your build. If you have floor plan inspirations, we recommend you bring them along or send it to us prior to the meeting. If you decide you are ready to move forward, 50% of the total cost for the blueprints will be due before we get started.
Pricing Information
Preliminary Plan
We will design and draft a preliminary plan for you to review. If there are any revisions that are needed, we will set up a meeting to discuss the changes. Up to three revions are included.
Final Sign Off
We will send you a final draft, if there are any additional changes needed, they will be addressed. If there are no more changes needed, you will sign off on the plans, final payment will be due, and we will send you the final PDF copy of your plans.
